Yang Style Tai Chi, 10 forms
Yang Style 10 Forms, also called 8 forms, was created in 1999 in Beijing by the national sports authorities in China. It is a good routine for beginners and is used to learn the basic principles of Tai Chi. It's a concise and manageable routine, perfect for those new to the practice. The form focuses on fundamental movements that can build a foundation for more advanced Tai Chi styles.
